Under current legislation if you are selling your property you are required to have a Home Information Pack prepared before  you can market the property.  We are able to prepare a fully transportable pack for you in order to assist in this process.

By fully transportable we mean that if you were to have difficulty in selling your property and switched Estate Agents (or indeed solicitors) for any reason you could still use the same pack and would not have to go to the expense of arranging a new Home Information Pack can often be the case.
