    Murray Hay Solicitors were first established in 1988 and are conveniently located next to Putney British Rail Station in Putney High Street. Since inception we have developed a practice advising both corporate and private clients in connection with a wide range of commercial and residential property matters, civil litigation, employment, Wills and Probate.

     

    The Residential Property Practice is headed up by partner Ian Hay who deals with all sale and purchase scenarios. Ian is assisted by an experienced conveyancing team who work extensively with both local and other property professionals throughout the London and South East England region.

     

    The Litigation Practice is headed up by Kathryn Winster who is able to assist in a variety of Civil Litigation matters.  She also deals with the leasehold enfranchisement legislation to include the right to manage the block by the leaseholders themselves, extending leases either by agreement or under the legislation and  assisting leaseholders in purchasing the freehold of their block.  Kathryn also deals with Landlord and Tenant disputes, debt recovery and other civil litigation matters.

     

    The Wills & Probate Services headed up by Susan Ash who has many years experience in private client work covering all aspects of wills and probate, including IHT planning. Sue also works in conjunction with our other departments to provide a full range of services e.g. Declarations of Trust in property acquisitions.

     

    The Commercial Practice is headed up by partner Colum Murray together with his assistant John Rodway. Colum's team is highly experienced in advising both private and commercial clients in all aspects of commercial property transactions and Landlord and Tenant issues.

     

    The Employment Practice is headed up by Brian Fogarty who will be able to advise you on all aspects of employment law to include compromise agreements, redundancy, wrongful and unfair dismissal, preparing or advising on employment contracts and discrimination issues.
